About

Fair Shot and fans

A football movement

Fair Shot, supported by the Refugee Council and Comic Relief, is a football movement uniting fans across the country towards a goal of fairness and compassion for all.

This season, Fair Shot has partnered with Wolves, Sheffield Wednesday and Rotherham United as well as other major clubs from across the English leagues, to host friendly 5-a-side matches and challenges for the club's fans and Fair Shot FC.

We understand the game perfectly well, now it’s time to understand each other just as well. As football fans, we are one no matter where we are from.

This season, make Fair Shot FC your second team

Fair Shot FC is united by the love of football and its ability to transcend borders and backgrounds.

Through our incredible partners, 12 players were selected for Fair Shot FC.

Fair Shot’s players prove how much of a movement football fandom is. We’re about so much more than silky skills and slick passing (although we still have plenty of both in abundance!).

As refugees and people seeking asylum displaced from Afghanistan, El Salvador, Honduras, Mexico, Namibia, Senegal, Sudan, Sri Lanka, Syria and The Gambia, they have been bought together through their shared love of the beautiful game.

This isn’t just a new squad, it's a footballing adventure like you have never experienced before.
